Gr9 Titanium Plate

Gr9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V)Titanium Plate is a medium-strength α-β titanium alloy. It is also called "half 6-4" because its content is similarly half that of Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V).

• Raw Material Preparation: High-purity titanium sponge need to be selected strictly.
• Melting: Vacuum arc remelting (VAR) or electron beam cold hearth melting for melting
• Forging: Hot working into slabs or billets
• Rolling: Hot rolling, and then cold rolling to achieve thickness and surface requirements
• Annealing: Heat treatment to optimize mechanical properties in the specific temperature
• Finishing: the complete quality support, such as cutting, leveling, surface treatment and quality inspection
• Inspection: The third party testing can be offered for chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing, ultrasonic inspection
