Gr23 titanium plate is accoring to ASTM F136/ASTM B265/AMS 4907, the processing technology is hot rolling,which primarilly used for breaking down titanium ingots and rolling them into medium thick plates.It typically supplied in annealed condition.The surface can be bright pickled or abrasive polished.
