Pure Titanium Forged Disk is primarily disk shape , made of pure titanium grades,include Gr1,Gr2,Gr3 and Gr4 meterial.Our company can provide disks with diameters ranging from 20 to 1000mm and thickness up to 100mm.We can also supply special size based on client's requirements.

Pure Titanium Forged Disk comply with the ASTM B381/ASME SB381,ISO 5832-2 standard,processed through open-die or rolled ring forging and supplied in the annealed condition.Based on customer's requirements,we can perform surface treating by polishing and the finished disks under 100% ultrasonice testing.

The forging equipments maily include one set 100mt,one set 50mt of electro-hydraulic free forging hammer,supported by 2 electric resistance furnaces,2 annealing furnaces and 1 set of manipulator .The monthly production capacity reaches 60 metric tons.With our sufficient production facilities,we can promptly process cutsomer orders.By partnering with professional logistics companies at the port,we offer multiple delivery options to overseas customers,include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.As a result,we are able to provide our clients competitive price and reliable after-sales service.
