Gr4 Titanium Wire

Gr4 titanium wire mainly refers to circular materials wih the diameter of less than 6 mm, made of Grade 4 meterial according to ASTM B863 standard.Our company can provide fine wire with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 1.0mm, medium wire with diameters ranging from 1.2 to 3.0mm, thick wire with diameters ranging from 4.0 to 6.0mm.Fine wire and medium wire are supplied in coils, the weight is from several kgs to 20kgs.The thick wire is supplied in bars, the length is usually 1000,2000 and 3000mm(also can customized according to client's opnion)

The processing technology is hot rolling or cold drawing, typically supplied in annealed condition or old-worked condition.The surface can be bright pickled or abrasive polished.

The monthly production capacity for titanium wires reaches 50 metric tons.Our company has one set of 250mt rolling mill,one set of 40mt and one set of 20mt drawing machines,supported by 1 electric resistance furnace,1 annealing furnace and 1 skew roll straightening machine..With our sufficient production facilities,we can promptly process cutsomer orders.Meanwhile,we offer multiple delivery options to overseas clients,whcih include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.

Gr4 titanium is the strongest grade of unalloyed commercially pure titanium.It is knowen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio,excellent corrosion resistance and hgih biocompatibility.It also offers a superior mechanical properties compared to grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3,it retains the excellent formability and weldability characteristic of pure titanium.

It is the material of choice when an application demands the optimal balance of extreme corrosion resistance,high strength and proven biocompability withou the need for the elevated temperature properties of titanium alloys like grade 5.

1,High Strength:it offers the highest mechanical strength, the ultimate tensile strength is around 550MPA,which is the strongest material among the commercially pure titanium.

2,Outstanding Biocompatibility:as similar of other pure titanium grade,it is biologically inert, making it a premier choice for medical and surgical implants,such asorthopedic wires,sutures and dental applications.

3,Excellent Corrosion Resistance:It also have high resistant to corrosion by chlorides,seawater and a wide range of chemical processing environments,including oxidizing and mildly reducing media.

4,Low Density & Weight Ratio:it approximately 45% lighter than steel bu volume but with comparable strength,enabling lightweight and strong desings.

5,Good Ductility and Formability:it can be cold-worked and fromed into various shapes, thought it is less formable than the softer grade 2.

1,Medical & Surgical:it can be maden to orthopedic cable,cerclage wires,suture wire,lead wires for pacemakers,dental implants and bone fixation mesh.

2,Industrial:it can be maden to springs,fasteners,screens and filters for highly corrosive chemcial processing environments,such as heat exchangers,reactors.

3,Aerospace & Marine:it can be maden to critical components where weight savings and corrosion rsistance are paremount,such as wire for harnesses,fasteners in airframes and offshore structures.
