Gr12 Titanium Bar

Gr12 titanium bars are primarily round bars, made of Grade 12 meterial.It is classified as a "near-alpha"alloy.It is a highly versatile,corrosion-resistance alloy that strikes and optimal balance between the fabrability of pure titanium and the strength of more complex alloys.Its key advantage over commercially pure titanium grades.Its enhanced strength and high-temperature stability,while it offers superior fabricability and weldability compared to many high-strength alloys.

1,Excellent Corrossion Resistance:compared with most stainless steel and commercially pure titanium,espacially in harsh chemical environments,including hot reducing acids and crevice corrosion conditions.It performs well in environments containing chlorides.

2,High Strength-to-Weight Ratio:it is stronger than Grade2 and Grade 7,while maintaining a low density typical of titanium.

3,Good Ductility and Formability:it can be welded using all common techniques without significant loss of corrosion resistance or embrittlement in the weld zone.

4,Good Thermal Stability:it retains mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.(up to approximately 600℃)

1,Chemical Processing Industry,it can be maden to heat exchangers,vessels,piping systems and components exposed to aggressive chemicals,specially in the environments of wet chlorine,hypochlorite,nitric acid,organic chlorides.

2,Oil & Gas Industry:it can be maded to downhole components,unbilicals and piping for sour srevice(environments contains H2S and CO2)

3,Marine and Offshore Engineering: it can be maden to heat exchangers,condenser tubes and other components in power plants,especially geothermal and fossil fuel plants.

4,Aquaculture:it can be maden to nets,cages and other equipment in saltwater fish farming

Our company can provide fixed-length bars with diameters ranging from 6.0 to 114mm and lengths up to 6000mm.We also offer bars of special lengths based on coustomer requirements.(For specific specifications,please refer to the table below)

Our output capacity for titanium bars is around 500 metric tons per month according to ASTM B348 standard,Our mian producing equipments include hot rolling mills,550mt/450mt/350m one each.We have 2 annealing furnaces which can supply the products by Annealing situation.Together with processing machines,just like lathe,grinding machines,we can perform surface turning or grinding.Meanwhile,we has a testing center that equiped with advanced testing instruments, include N/O analyzer, tensile testing machine, metallographic mircoscope, hardness tester,ultrasonic flaw detector.

Our company has obtained the EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 certifications for Europe aerospace products by the French BV in 2025'.Through this comprehensive quality system,we can control the quality at every processing step.As a result,we can supply the products strictly in accordance with the client's requirements.
