Gr23 titanium bars are primarily round bars, made of Grade 23 meterial.It is commercially known as Ti-6Al-4V ELI(extra low interstitial),it is a high-purity variant of the iconic grade 5.It is specifically designed to provide superior fracture toughhness enhanced ductility and excellent fatigue strength at lower stress levels.Its key distinguishing feature is the extra low content of interstitial elements,include oxygen,carbon,nitrogen and iron,which makes it the premier choice for critical applications where reliability and damage tolerance are paremount,particularly in the medical industry.

Our company can provide fixed-length bars with diameters ranging from 6.0 to 114mm and lengths up to 6000mm.We also offer bars of special lengths based on coustomer requirements.(For specific specifications,please refer to the table below)

Gr23 titanium bar is comply with the ASTM F136 standard,processed through hot rolling and supplied in the annealed condition.

We can supply the bars by rolling rod or processing rod which will perform surface turning or grinding.

Our company has one set of 550mt,one set of 450mt and one set of 350mt rolling mills,supported by 9 electric resistance furnaces,2 annealing furnaces and 2 sets of skew roll straightening machine.The monthly production capacity for titanium bars reaches 500 metric tons.We offer multiple delivery options to overseas customers,include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.
