Gr7 Titanium Bar

Gr7 titanium bars are primarily round bars,it is a palladium-enhanced variant of commercially pure titanium. Our company can provide fixed-length bars with diameters ranging from 6.0 to 114mm and lengths up to 3000mm.We also offer bars of special lengths based on coustomer requirements.(For specific specifications,please refer to the table below)

Our monthly production capacity for titanium bars is around 500 metric tons.The bars processed through hot rolling and supplied in the annealed condition.We supply the bars according to ASTM B348 standard.Normally,we also supply rolling bars or processing bars which perform surface turning or grinding.We can issue MTC Based on customer requirements,inlcude chemical content, tensile strength,yield strength,elongation rate,reducation of area.All the finished bars under 100% ultrasonice testing.

Gr7 titanium bar retains all the beneficial properties of pure titanium-excellent fromability,weldability andmechanical strength-while significantly improving its resistance to corrosion,particularly in reducing acid environments,specially in sulfuric and hydrochloric acid,its is the superior choice for severe chemical processing applications.

1,Exceptional Corrosion Resistance:it can offers outstanding performacne in a wide range of aggressive environments,especially reducingacuds abd crevice corrosion conditions,it is highly resistant to pitting and chloride-induced stress corrosion carcking.

2,Good Fabricability:it retains the good ductility and formability of pure titanium, making it suitable for manufacturing complex,

components like heat exchangers,reactors and pipiing system.

3,Excellent Weldability:it can be easily welded using standard titanium welding practices

4,Mechanical Properties:it is similar to Grade 2 but with slightly higher strength, the tensile strength is aroud 345MPA, the yield strength is aroudn 275MPA, the elongation is 20% min.

1,Chemical Processing Equipment:such as reactors, pressure vessels,heat exchangers,distillation columns and piping systems for handling acids and chlorides environments.

2,Hydrometallrgy:used in processes for metal extraction which involve agreesive acidic solutions.

3,Pollution Control:such asscrubbers and components in flue gas desulfurization systems in power plant.

4,Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing:it is due to its resistance to nitric acid and other chemicals.

5,Marine and Offshore Applications:critical components exposed to seawater and brines where superior crevice corrosion resistance is required.
