Gr4 TItanium Bar
Gr4 titanium bars are primarily round bars, made of Grade 4 meterial.Our company can provide fixed-length bars with diameters ranging from 6.0 to 114mm and lengths up to 6000mm.We also offer bars of special lengths based on coustomer requirements.(For specific specifications,please refer to the table below)

Our company produces titanium bars around 500 metric tons per month according to ASTM B348 standard,Our mian producing equipments include hot rolling mills,550mt/450mt/350m one each.We have 2 annealing furnaces which can supply the products by Annealing situation.Together with processing machines,just like lathe,grinding manchines,we can perform surface turning or grinding.Together with advanced testing instruments,include N/O analyzer, tensile testing machine, metallographic mircoscope,hardness tester,ultrasonic flaw detector.We can issue the MTC report according to client's requiriements.
Our company has obtained the EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 certifications for Europe aerospace products by the French BV company in 2025'.Through this comprehensive quality system,we can control the quality at every processing step.As a result,we can supply the products strictly in accordance with the client's requirements.
Accordomg to different client's demand,we adopt multiple delivery methods to overseas markets,include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.
Gr4 titanium bar is the strongest commercially pure titanium grade with excellent corrosion resistance and moderate formability.It contains slightly higher interstitial elements(osygen,iron)than Gr1-Gr3,providing superior mechanical properties while retaining the benefits of unalloyed titanium.It has the bellow key characteristics:
1,High Strength:highest tensile/yield strength amond pure titanium grades
2,Corrosion Resistance:exceptional resistance to chlorides,acids,and seawater.
3,Formability:acceptable cold formability cold formability
4,Weldability:good weldability
Gr4 titanium bar mainly used in the fellow typical applications:
1,Chemical processing:pressure vessels,heat exchangers,pump components in aggressive environments.
2,Aerospace:structural brackets,engine components,seawater piping.
3,Marine Engineering:propeller shafts,submarine components,seawater piping.
4,Medical:orthopedic implants,surgical instruments.
