Products Description
Gr9 (UNS R56320, DIN 3.7195, Chinese grade TA18) is a near‑alpha / α‑β medium‑strength titanium alloy, also nick‑named "half‑6‑4". It fills the performance gap between pure titanium Gr1‑Gr2 and high‑strength Gr5(Ti‑6Al‑4V): higher strength than CP‑Ti, yet much better cold‑formability than Gr5.

What sizes can you supply? Do you support custom‑cut?
A: Regular size is 1000 × 2000 mm. Thickness range: 0.5‑5.0 mm.
We provide custom‑made length and width according to customer requirements. Many common thicknesses are in stock in our Baoji warehouse.
What surface finishes are available for Gr9 titanium sheet?
A: Bright pickled, cold‑rolled (matte), abrasive‑polished.
What is your stock situation & lead‑time?
A: Our Baoji‑based warehouse has over 200 MT annual storage capacity for titanium sheets. Many standard thicknesses are kept in stock. We can process orders promptly based on available inventory. For non‑standard custom sizes, production lead‑time depends on specifications.
What is the difference between Gr9 and Gr5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V)?
A: Gr9 (Ti‑3Al‑2.5V) has better cold‑forming performance and excellent weldability, suitable for stamping and deep‑drawing. Gr5 owns higher strength but poor cold‑workability, mostly used for forging and machining structural‑parts.

- Standard term: 30 % deposit upon order confirmation, 70 % balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
