Gr2 TItanium Bar
Gr2 titanium bars are primarily round bars, made of Grade 2 meterial.Our company can provide fixed-length bars with diameters ranging from 6.0 to 114mm and lengths up to 6000mm.We also offer bars of special lengths based on coustomer requirements.(For specific specifications,please refer to the table below)

Our company has been awarded the EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 certifications for Europe aerospace products by the French BV company in 2025'.We can supply Gr2 titanium bar according to ASTM B 348 standard.We have three heat rolling processing lines,which include 550mt,450mt and 350mt rolling mills,9 electric resistance furnaces,2 annealing furnaces and 2 skew roll straightening machines.The total capacity of output is 500 metric tons monthly.We can work out the client's order quickly based on the above equipments.
We have more than 20 sets of processing machine,inlcude lathe,grinding,sawing machines,which can perform surface turning and grinding.We have more than 10 sets testing instruments,include N/O analyzer, tensile testing machine, metallographic mircoscope,hardness tester,ultrasonic flaw detector.We can supply MTC reports include Chemicals contents,Tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation,Reduction of Area,Ultrasonic Test,ect.

Gr2 titanium bar is also a commercially pure titanium products.It has the follwing characteristics:
1,Corrosion Resistance:excellent resistance to chlorides,oxidizing acids,and seawater.
2,Strength-Ductility Balance:higher mechanical strength than Gr1,with good plasticity and toughness.
3,Formablity:suitable for cold forming and hot processing.
4,Weldability:can be welded using all conventional techniques.
