Gr2 titanium seamless tube is produced without any longitudinal weld seam, making it ideal for high-pressure and critical applications,it is the most common grade due to its excellent balance of ductility,strength and corrosion resistance.

Gr2 vs Gr1 vs Gr5: What's the difference?
- Gr1: Lower strength , higher ductility; for extreme forming/corrosion environments.
- Gr2: Optimal balance of strength , corrosion resistance, and formability; most widely used CP-Ti grade.
- Gr5: Alloyed, high strength; for aerospace/high-load applications, not for pure corrosion service.

- Pickling & passivation: Removes surface contaminants and forms a protective TiO₂ layer.
- Anodizing: Optional, enhances oxide layer thickness for extreme environments.

- Store: Dry, clean environment; avoid contact with steel/iron to prevent contamination.
