Gr5 titanium seamless tube is manufactured from ASTM B861

standard that made of grade 5 material(Ti-6Al-4V).It typically supplied in annealed condition.We can perform surface treating by polishing and the finished tubes under non-destrucive testing such as ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing.A titanium billet is heated and pierced to create a hollow shell, the hollow shell is further processed through hox extrusion or cold pilgering to achieve the desired dimensions and wall thickness.
