Manufacturing Process of Gr5 Titanium Welded Tube
Forming Roll Ti‑6Al‑4V titanium strip or sheet into tubular profiles.
Welding Adopt TIG/GTAW welding or laser welding. Perform welding on both inner and outer sides under the shielding of 99.999% high-purity argon to avoid oxidation.
Finishing Treatment Carry out post-processing including annealing, surface polishing, pickling and anodizing as required.
Inspection & Testing Conduct 100% ultrasonic testing (UT). Additional mechanical and hydraulic tests are implemented, including flattening test, flaring test and hydrostatic pressure test.
