Gr12 titanium seamless tube is manufactured from ASTM B861 standard that made of Grade 12 meterial(TI-0.3Mo-0.8Ni).It typically supplied in annealed condition.We can perform surface treating by polishing and the finished tubes under non-destrucive testing,such as ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing.A titanium billet is heated and pierced to creat a hollow shell, the hollow shell is further processed through hox extrusion or cold pilgering to achieve the desired dimensions and wall thickness.

We can supply the Gr12 titanium seamless tube as outside diameter rangs from 16mm to 150mm with the wall thickness ranges from 2mm to 20mm.The lenght is normally by 3000mm(can also supply customized length accoding to client's opnion).Our monthly production capacity for titanium wire reaches 100 metric tons.With our sufficient production facilities,we can promptly process cutsomer orders.By partnering with professional logistics companies at the port,we offer multiple delivery options to overseas customers,include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.
