Gr5 Titanium Seamless Pipes

Gr5 titanium seamless pipes are made of Ti-6Al-4V. They are premium titanium alloy pipes with no welding seams, manufactured by extrusion, piercing and cold drawing processes.

Outer diameter : 3mm - 630mm

Width diameter: 0.5mm - 50mm

Fixed length: 3m, 6m, 12m

Customizable length: 1m - 15m

Hot rolled: Black surface, rough finish

Cold drawn: Bright surface, smooth finish (Ra ≤0.8μm)

Polished: Mirror finish, suitable for medical and precision equipment

Pickled: Passivated surface, enhanced corrosion resistance
