About Titanium Grade 7 Seamless Tube
Titanium Grade 7 Seamless Tube is also refers as TA9 , Ti-Pd alloy or UNS R52400 and it is a palladium-bearing commercially pure titanium seamless tube. it is famous for its exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in reducing acids and chloride-rich environments.
Titanium Grade 7 Seamless Tube is the premium corrosion-resistant titanium grade for mission-critical equipment in highly corrosive industrial environments. It has Same fabricability as Gr2, but with dramatically better corrosion resistance in harsh, reducing, or chloride-rich media. It is far better than Gr2 in high-temperature chloride and seawater environments.

Raw Material Preparation and Melting：Raw Material Selection,Vacuum Arc Melting (VAM),Ingot Breakdown;
Hot Working：Billet Heating,Piercing (Mannesmann Process),Elongation and Sizing;
Heat Treatment：Annealing;
Cold Finishing：Cold Rolling/Drawing,Intermediate Annealing,Straightening,Cutting and Surface Treatment.
Testing: Support third-party testing and welcome your testing team for on-site testing and verification.
