Gr2 titanium welded tube
Gr2 titanium welded tube is manufactured from ASTM B862 standard that made of grade 2 material.It typically supplied in annealed condition.We can perform surface treating by polishing and the finished tubes under 100% ultrasonice testing.The tubes are fromed from strip or plate and welded using advanced processing like tungsten inert gas or laser welding under full argon protection,ensuring high integrity,free welds contaminant .Titanium tube welding must be performed under high purity argon gas(99.999%)protection to ensure both the front and back sides of the weld are effectively shield from oxidation.
We can supply the Gr2 titanium welded tube as outside diameter rangs from 26mm to 426mm with the wall thickness ranges from 3mm to 60mm.The length is normally by 3000mm(can also supply customized length accoding to client's opnion).The welded seam has undergone P+T treatment,resulting in minimal welding deforation and have a clean and smooth surface.The monthly production capacity for titanium tubes reaches 100 metric tons.With our sufficient production facilities,we can promptly process cutsomer's orders.By partnering with professional logistics companies at the port,we offer multiple delivery options to overseas customers,include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.

B,Seawater coolers:in systems such as petrochemical,refining,shipping and offshore platforms where seawater is used as a cooling media,whom are the only reliable choice,resistance to seawater erosion,corrosion and pitting.
