Basic Introduction
Grade 2 titanium is commercially pure titanium (CP Ti) without alloying elements. Gr2 Titanium Welded Tube is formed by rolling Gr2 titanium strip into tubular shape and continuous argon shield TIG welding.
Gr2 titanium welded tube offers an excellent balance of strength,ductility and corrosion resistance.It is the most widely used grade among of pure titanium grades.Its core value lies in solving pipeline problems in moderately to highly corrosive environments that other metal materials(like stainless steels,cooper alloys)cannot holdle especially in environments involving chloride ions.It is one of the optimal choice balancing performance and cost.

A: Excellent resistance to seawater, chlorides, nitric acid, organic acids. Not suitable for strong hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated hydrochloric acid. The welded joint maintains matching corrosion resistance after proper annealing treatment.
