Manufacturing Process

Billet Preparation

High-purity Gr2 titanium sponge is melted into ingots, with impurity content strictly controlled to avoid affecting corrosion resistance.

Hot Piercing

Ingots are heated to 850–950°C and pierced into hollow shells using a rotary piercing mill, ensuring uniform wall thickness.

Cold Drawing

The rough tubes undergo multiple cold drawing processes with precision dies to achieve the required outer diameter, inner diameter, and tolerance.

Annealing

Tubes are annealed at 600–700°C to eliminate residual stress, restore ductility.

Finishing & Inspection

Tubes are pickled to remove surface oxides, followed by 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, hydraulic pressure testing, and dimensional measurement.
