Titanium Grade2 Wires are versatile, reliable materials for industries. It bridges the gap between pure titanium's formability and alloy strength. The manufacturing process includes hot rolling,cold drawing, annealing,surface treatment (pickling/polishing) and cutting/coiling.

Enhanced Strength vs. Gr1: Higher tensile and yield strength, retains good ductility and weldability.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Stable TiO₂ film resists oxidizing/mildly reducing environments .

Biocompatibility: ASTM F67/ISO 5832-2 compliant; hypoallergenic, ideal for implants and medical devices.

Lightweight & Cost-Effective: 4.51 g/cm³ density; more affordable than Ti-6Al-4V for moderate-strength needs.

Good Formability & Weldability: Easy to draw, bend, weld, and fabricate into complex shapes.

Choose Gr2 : If you need a balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and cost; prioritize formability/weldability; require biocompatibility or seawater resistance.

Choose Gr1: If maximum ductility and cold formability are critical.

Choose Gr5: If you require the High strength (≥ 860 MPa) and temperature resistance (> 300 °C).
