What are the Manufacturing Processes?
1.Raw Material Compounding and Electrode Fabrication
High-purity titanium sponge is blended with aluminum and vanadium alloys in standard ratios, then pressed and welded into integrated electrodes for melting.
2.Vacuum Arc Remelting and Ingot Forging
High-vacuum VAR melting (double or triple times) removes impurities and avoids composition segregation, producing dense and uniform titanium alloy ingots.
3.Hot Forming and Precision Cold Processing
Billets are shaped to target sizes by hot rolling or rotary swaging. Precision small rods adopt cold drawing with intermediate annealing for high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface.
4.hot skew rolling straightening
The bars are straightened by the 5-axis straightening machine. The bars becomes round and The properties remain stable.
4.Professional Heat Treatment
Two mainstream heat treatments are applied based on usage demands. Annealing delivers balanced mechanical properties, while solution and aging treatment significantly enhances structural strength for high-load working scenarios.
5.Finishing
Rods are ground, polished, cut and deburred. After annealing, the internal properties of the bars are stable and uniform.
6. Inspection
They pass strict non-destructive, chemical and mechanical tests before final packaging and delivery.
7.Packaging
