Description
Titanium Grade7 (UNS R52400 or TA9 in China) is a commercially pure (CP) titanium alloy sheet with 0.12–0.25 wt% palladium added.
It can enhance corrosion resistance, especially in reducing acids and chloride-rich environments. It is similar to Grade 2 titanium in mechanical and physical properties,offering superior corrosion performance and making it ideal for aggressive environments where reliability and longevity are non-negotiable.

Manufacturing Process of Titanium Gr7 Sheets
1.Raw Material Preparation & Melting:Sponge & Alloying,Electrode Pressing and Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR);
2. Ingot Breakdown & Billet Preparation:Heating,Forging and Surface Conditioning;
3. Hot Rolling:Reheating,Hot Rolling and Cooling;
4. Cold Rolling (for Precision Thickness & Surface):Descaling,Multi-Pass Cold Rolling and Tension & Lubrication;
5. Annealing & Heat Treatment:Recrystallization Annealing and Stress Relief (Optional);
6. Surface Finishing & Cutting:Surface Treatment and Cutting & Slitting;
8.Quality Control & Testing:Chemical Analysis,Mechanical Testing,Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Dimensional Inspection;
9. Packaging & Shipping:Cleaning and Protection.
