High Purity Gr1 Titanium Sheet

Gr1 titanium sheet is one of the commercially pure titanium grades.It has the lowest strength and the best ductility among all industrial pure titanium products.The thickness range is 0.3mm-3.0mm for titanium sheet.

Thin-gauge sheets (0.3mm–1.0mm) are ideal for lightweight components like medical device casings, electronic shielding parts, and architectural decorative panels;

Medium to thick-gauge sheets (1.0mm–3.0mm) find utility in pressure vessel liners, heat exchanger plates, and marine structural accessories. Its combination of formability, corrosion resistance, and versatility makes Gr1 a popular choice in many industries.

It is the most malleable grade, making it ideal for complex bends and deep draws.

Tensile strength: 240–370 MPa;

Yield strength: 170–280 MPa;

Elongation: ≥20%;

How we started

           

 

 

Sponge titanium smelting：

Smelt sponge titanium into ingots.

           

 

 

Hot rolling：

Process the ingots into rough plates.

           

 

 

Cold rolling：

Roll the rough plates to the required thickness and surface finish.

           

 

 

Annealing treatment：

·Eliminate processing stress and optimize the ductility

                

 

 

Surface Treatment：

According to application needs, we supply different surface treatments including mill finish, pickled finish, and polished finish.
