Introduction
Titanium Grade 5 is an ultra-thin, high-performance α+β titanium alloy product. Due to its high strength, light weight, excellent corrosion resistance, and good biocompatibility, it is the most widely used titanium alloy foil across aerospace, medical, chemical, and precision engineering sectors.
The foil is produced via multi-pass cold rolling followed by vacuum annealing to relieve residual stress and restore ductility. It can be laser-cut, stamped, etched, welded (TIG/EBW), and anodized for surface modification.

Key Mechanical & Physical Properties
1.Mechanical: Ultimate Tensile Strength ≥ 895 MPa; Yield Strength (0.2% offset) ≥ 825 MPa; Elongation (in 50 mm) 10–15%; Modulus of Elasticity ~114 GPa; Brinell Hardness ~334 HB.
2.Physical: Density 4.43 g/cm³; Melting range 1604–1660°C; Usable temperature up to 400°C; Excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, chlorides, and most chemical media.
3.Biocompatibility: Non-toxic, osseointegration-friendly

Quality inspection includes: dimensional check, tensile test, microstructural analysis, chemical composition (XRF/ICP), surface defect inspection, and non-destructive testing (eddy current).
