Description of Titanium Grade23 Sheets

Titanium Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI, UNS R56407) is an extra-low interstitial (ELI) variant of Grade 5. It is suitable for medical and critical aerospace applications with ultra-pure chemistry, superior biocompatibility, and enhanced fracture toughness.

Grade 23 (ELI) is better than standard Grade 5 for sensitive applications.

It can Enhance fracture toughness and ductility, reducing failure risk in high-stress implants and aerospace parts due to its lower oxygen and nitrogen;

It can minimize impurities for reduced tissue reaction. It is the ideal for long-term implants; Cleaner chemistry ensures more reliable weld joints with reduced microcracking.
