1.Melting:
Vacuum arc remelting (VAR) or electron beam melting (EBM) for high purity
2.Hot Working:
Forging or extrusion of billets
Hot rolling to form hollow shells
3.Cold Finishing:
Cold drawing for precise dimensions
Pilger rolling for thin walls
4.Heat Treatment: Annealing at 650–700°C for 1–4 hours, air-cooled
5.Surface Treatment:
Pickling/etching to remove oxide scale,Ultrasonic testing for defects
6.Inspection:
Dimensional checks,Mechanical testing, Non-destructive testing
