Grade 3 commercially pure Titanium Sheets is an unalloyed, medium-strength CP grade with better strength than Grades 1and 2.
We need to choose Gr 3 when Gr 2 has low sufficient strength but Gr 4's ductility is too low; It can be the first choice for weight-sensitive, corrosive, or medical applications needing reliable fabrication and long time performance.

Processing & Fabrication
The production process covers from raw material to the finished products, including sponge titanium preparation and melting, followed by forging and breakdown rolling, hot rolling and cold rolling, annealing as heat treatment.
Subsequently, the semi-finished products require finishing and precision trimming.
Final inspection and quality control are the most important aspects of our manufacturing operations.
