Gr4 titanium plate mainly refers to medium and heavy gauge plate wih the thickness is more than 5mm, made of Grade 4 meterial.We can provide plate with thickness ranging from 5.0-100mm, the length and width are usally 1000x2000mm(also can customized according to client's opnion)

Gr4 titanium plate is accoring to ASTM B265/AMS 4904/ASME SB265/ASTM F67, the processing technology is hot rolling,which primarilly used for breaking down titanium ingots and rolling them into medium thick plates.It typically supplied in annealed condition.The surface can be bright pickled or abrasive polished.

Gr4 titanium is strongest grade among pure titanium grades.It is strengthened primary through interstitial elements to achieve mechanical properties that approach those of some titanium alloys,while still retaining excellent corrosion resistance and weldability just as same as pure titanium.The tensile strength is not less than 550MPa,yield strength is not less than 485MPa,Elongation is 15% MIN,elastic modulus is 105Gpa,density is 4.51g/cm3.

4,Excellent Weldability:it can be readily welded using all common techniques such as gas tungsten arc welding and gas metal arc welding to produce high-integrity welds.

5,Biocompatibility:it is biocompatible and is certified for surgical implant applications under ASTM F67 standard.

6,High Strength-to-Weight Ratio:it offers an excellent ratio,providing strength comparable to stainless steels that can saving 60% of the weight.

Gr4 titanium plate is ideal materials for critical applications in aerospace, medical and industrial sectors where the combination of extreme corrosion resistance,high static strength and biocompatibility is requried.
