Titanium Grade 5 features high strength, low thermal conductivity and workhardening characteristics, requiring professional machining parameters and rigid equipment.
Titanium Grade 5 block, also called Ti-6Al-4V block, is a solid rectangular or square forged and rolled billet. It is made from the most common α+β titanium alloy: Titanium Grade 5.
It is a semi-finished raw material for further processing, like CNC machining, milling, turning, forging, or wire cutting, to produce high-performance structural parts.
