Description

Technical Parameters

Basic Definition

Titanium Grade 23 Foil is an ultra-thin, precision-rolled form of the extra low interstitial (ELI) variant of the Ti-6Al-4V α+β titanium alloy.

It is produced by multi‑pass cold rolling with intermediate vacuum annealing to control the grain structure. That is the way to minimize interstitial pickup, and guarantee uniform thickness and flatness. Final surface treatments include pickling, electropolishing, or laser cleaning to meet medical requirements.

FAQ

do you have any question?
A manufacture of titanium foils

Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?

A: We're a manufacturer with more than 13 years of professional production experience.

The cutting surfaces on a vertical end mill bit (are for milling ) are on its sides , designed for cutting horizontally , a drill bit ( are for drilling ) cutting surface is at its tip , designed for cutting vertically downward .. you'll notice a end mill usually has a flat on the end of the bit .

Q:What are the critical QC checks for Titanium Grade 23 Foil?
