- Raw Material Selection
Select strictly from the raw materical and high-purity Grade 2 titanium billet/ingot.
- Hot Forging for Billets
Hot forging ,such as closed-die or open-die under controlled temperature to form the disc shape. Control precisely in heating and pressing to form the disc, refining grain structure for improved strength and fatigue resistance.
- Heat Treatment for half-finished products
Adopt stress-relief annealing to maximize ductility and machinability.
- Finishing for finished products
Machining, turning, grinding, and polishing to achieve final dimensions and surface finish.
