Production steps: Titanium ingot cutting → forging (free forging, die forging, ring rolling for large flanges) → solution/annealing heat treatment → CNC machining (sealing face, bolt holes, tolerance control) → surface treatment (pickling to remove oxide scale, sandblasting) → NDT (ultrasonic, PMI, visual inspection) → certification.
