Products Description
Ti-6Al-4V, Grade 5 titanium, UNS R56400,is the most widely used α+β titanium alloy. Ti-6Al-4V round bar is a solid cylindrical titanium semi-finished product manufactured by forging, hot rolling, cold drawing and straightening. Round bar mechanical properties are subject to product specification, heat treatment status, diameter and processing method.
Ti-6Al-4V is a titanium alloy containing ~6% aluminum and ~4% vanadium. It balances high strength, low density, corrosion resistance and good forgeability, the workhorse alloy for aerospace, marine, medical, oil & gas industries.
