Description
Pure Titanium Grade2 Foil is CP Ti foil, the most widely used CP grade, offering a balanced combination of moderate strength, excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability.
For the production of titanium foils, our company has 4 set of cold rolling mill,supported by one set electric resistance furnace,one set annealing furnace and one set slitting machine.The monthly production capacity for titanium coil reaches 10 metric tons.

Manufacturing Process of Titanium Grade2 Foil
1.Raw Material Preparation & Melting: Select high-purity titanium sponge and produce titanium ingots.
2.Ingot Processing & Hot Rolling: Perform surface treatment and cutting on the ingot, then conduct multi-pass hot rolling after heating to produce hot-rolled coils.
3.Intermediate Processing: Use pickling, rinsing, drying and edge trimming on the hot-rolled coils.
4.Cold Rolling : Make the target foil thickness through multi-pass cold rolling.
5.Annealing Treatment: Adopt vacuum or bright annealing to optimize the material structure, performance and surface quality.
6.Precision Finishing: Perform tension leveling and precision slitting on the foil; we offer optional surface treatment as required.
7.Quality Control & Inspection: Ensure product qualification through dimensional, surface, non-destructive testing and physical-chemical testing.
8.Packaging & Shipping: Package in a cleanroom, mark relevant information and then ship.
