Grade 5 Titanium is the most widely used α-β titanium alloy globally. It contains ~6% Aluminum and ~4% Vanadium. Grade 5 titanium round bars are the preferred raw stock for CNC turning, milling, machining to manufacture high-performance precision components.
Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Round Bar is premium raw material for CNC turning & milling. Supplied in annealed state with stable mechanical performance, high strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding corrosion resistance. We provide standard & precision ground titanium rods with customized dimensions. Full set of material test certificates supported, widely adopted for aerospace, medical, marine and industrial precision machined components.
