AMS 4928 is an SAE aerospace material specification for annealed Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) alpha-beta titanium alloy, covering bars, wire, forgings, rings. It defines strict chemical limits, mechanical properties, melting rules, heat-treatment and inspection requirements for aerospace-grade critical-part applications.

 

AMS 4928 Titanium Grade 5 bars are supplied in various forms: round bars, hex bars, square bars and flat bars. Cut-to-length and custom sizes are available upon request.
