Grade 5 Titanium Bar (Ti-6Al-4V / TC4) is the most popular alpha-beta titanium alloy. Grade 5 titanium bar is a wrought titanium alloy containing 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium.
It features high strength, low weight and superior corrosion resistance. Available in round, square and hex bars, complying with ASTM B348, AMS 4928. Widely used in aerospace, marine, oil & gas and high-performance automotive industries. MTC 3.1 is available.

- Customer sends inquiry: verify the grade, shape, diamete, length, tolerance, quantity, surface finish, required standards.
- Our team checks technical requirements: chemical & mechanical property requirements, test certificates, special requirements.
- Clarify shipping term: FOB / CIF / CFR / DDP, destination port, packing requirement
Quotation
- Issue formal quotation sheet including unit price, total amount, lead time, payment terms etc.
- Remarks: extra cost for cutting, grinding, special inspection, export documentation.
Proforma Invoice & Contract Signing
- Once price & terms are confirmed, issue Proforma Invoice for customer's payment arrangement
- Sign sales contract: mark material specification, inspection standard, MTC requirement, delivery schedule, claim clause
- Customer arranges deposit
Production & In-process Inspection
- Arrange raw billet, forging / rolling / peeling / grinding according to drawing & standard
- In-house inspection: dimension check, surface inspection, sampling test for chemical composition and mechanical properties
- If customer needs third-party inspection, notify inspector for on-site witness test before shipment
Final Inspection & Documentation Preparation
- Final full inspection before packing

Shipment & Document Handover
- Arrange shipment, get bill of lading (B/L) or air waybill
- Send copy of shipping documents to customer; hand over original documents by courier or telex release
