Ti-6Al-4V titanium round bar is the most widely used α-β titanium alloy rod. Its chemical composition is approximately 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, balanced titanium matrix. It is supplied in solid cylindrical round bar form, available in hot rolled, forged, cold drawn, polished surface finishes.
Ti-6Al-4V forms a stable passive TiO₂ film instantly when exposed to air/liquid. Outstanding resistance to seawater, chloride solutions, mild acids, oxidizing environments; superior to stainless steel in saltwater working conditions. Not suitable for strong hydrofluoric acid without protection.

Raw titanium ingot → hot forging / hot rolling → peeling / grinding → straightening → non-destructive testing (UT ultrasonic inspection) → cutting & packaging
