Reception Preparation
On December 4th ,2025, our company, Shaanxi Ruihang Elaborate Materials Technology Import and Export Co., Ltd. hosted an official reception for Japanese clients in Baoji. To ensure a smooth visit, the factory tour route was planned and confirmed in advance, covering both the meeting interactions and the facility tour.
On-Site Reception
On the morning of December 4th, Sam,the general manager in RHEM Import and Export Co., Ltd, was punctual to pick up the clients from the hotel at local time 8:30, and then lead them to the factory. At 9:10 AM, We arrived to the head office which is located in the High-Tech Development Zone. Mr.Li, the vice general manager of the factory, warmly welcomed our Japanese partners for this business cooperation.
From 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM, the meeting with Japanese clients was hosted in the third-floor VIP meeting room. We began with a comprehensive company introduction, covering our development history in the titanium industry, forging capabilities, deep-processing equipments and testing facilities, as well as the display of our core finished products. We were pleased to respond all the questions raised by our Japanese partners
From 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Mr.Li (the vice general manager ), Mr. Dong(the workshop manager), and kindly guided our Japanese partners on the factory tour (forging workshop → machining workshop → testing center).
Before the workshop tour, Mr.Li briefed the clients on safety regulations and provided safety helmets. During the factory tour, Sam was explaining at the same time as the translator. Firstly, we went to the forging workshop. The raw material, sponge titanium, was shown to the clients. Mr.Li and Sam elaborated on the details of the titanium alloy forging process from raw materials to the billets, emphasizing the quality control of the chemical composition. Secondly, we dived into the complete machining process including heating,WEDM,milling machining and deep processing. Every single products needs the strict dimensional accuracy. Thirdly, the inspection center shows about production efficiency and quality control from cleaning, testing to packing. Lastly, we showed the finished products and conducted an on-site communication to enhance clients' trust in our quality. The clients affirmed our factory's production capability and praised the product quality.
Business Communications
From 10:50 AM to 12:15 AM, We returned to the meeting room and held in-depth discussions on further cooperation. We reached a consensus and finalized the follow-up arrangements. It was then time for us to bid the clients farewell.

At 14:15 PM, Sam has safely delivered the Japanese client to Xianyang Airport on time. The clients expressed thanks for our arrangement and exchanged warm farewells.
