A Memorable Visit From Our Overseas Clients

On the morning of December 14^th, we warmly welcomed a delegation of valued overseas clients to our titanium production base. Guided by our CEO Mr. Wang, the visitors toured the factory where they witnessed the complete manufacturing process from the titanium raw materials to the finished products warehouse.

At 10:30 AM, we arrived at the Melting and Forging Workshop. Everyone got the safety helmet before the touring. Ms.Li, as the translator, explained the titanium melting process to the clients. The titanium sponge was strictly selected and the electron beam furnace, equipped with intelligent temperature control systems, was used for melting and refining. This state-of-the-art production procedure enables us to deliver titanium products.

We proceeded to the forging workshop. The 7000-metric-ton quick forging machine stood before us like a towering giant. The technical director told the clients about its operating principles, highlighting how the equipment's immense forging force shapes titanium ingots into titanium billets. The visitors were impressed by the machine's automated control system and the workshop's strict adherence to safety and quality principles. The clients highly praised the strict quality control standards and advanced production technology.

And then, we led the clients to the machining workshop. Following a comprehensive sequence of processing procedures, the facility displayed a comprehensive range of titanium products, including bars, plates, wires, pipes and other sections Our team emphasized that we are fully capable of providing tailor-made titanium components to meet the specific technical and dimensional requirements of clients. Most importantly, out products are fully compliant with international standards in aerospace,marine,chemical and medical industry.

Lastly, the business meeting was held on the 2nd floor of Ruihang Head Office at 11:30 AM. We aimed at deepening mutual understanding of our titanium material solutions and exploring future cooperation opportunities. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on product performance, customization demands and market expansion strategies, laying a solid foundation for our long-term partnership.

The business meeting concluded at 13:30 PM. After we bid each other farewell, our colleagues accompanied the clients on their way back.
