At 10:00 AM local time on November 14, 2025, it is the final day of the 16th Japan High Performance Materials Week Exhibition. Compared to yesterday, the number of attendees decreased slightly. The statistics from the organizing committee show that, domestic Japanese registered visitors exceeded 900, accounting for over 90% of total attendees; South Korean customers numbered 80, making up more than 8%; and customers from other countries totaled 20, accounting for 2%.

At 10:30 AM, our company's booth welcomed the first visitor - Japan's TOYODA MATEL CO., LTD. We exchanged business cards, provided sample brochures, then discussed details such as specifications and models of Grade 5 titanium alloy bars, and communicated about the minimum order quantity (MOQ).
The second visitor came from South Korea's SUNKUN TRADING LTD., which sells titanium and titanium alloy plates in South Korea. We conducted preliminary discussions on specific specifications, exchanged business cards. It enhanced the further communication between both sides.
The third customer was from Japan's THIONIN ADVANCE METAL, which is seeking reliable titanium and titanium alloy suppliers. We introduced the enterprise general situation, Baoji Ruihang Elaborate Materials (Ruihang Group) is located in Baoji, China's Titanium Valley. We boasts a whole production line covering smelting, forging, rolling, annealing, surface processing, and testing. The core advantages of our company are specializing in the production of titanium and titanium alloy bars, wires, plates, and forgings. We mainly offers pure titanium grades (Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4) and titanium alloy grades (Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12, Gr23). It has obtained the European Union Aerospace Standard AS 9100D certification, with products widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding, marine equipment, military, and medical fields.
In the afternoon, the number of visiting customers dropped significantly, but we still received several visitors at the booth.
At 5:00 PM, we began the orderly dismantling of the booth in conformity to the organizing committee's requirements. We carefully removed all posters, peeled off the tape, and placed all remaining garbage at designated area. We restored the venue to its pre-exhibition state, demonstrating the spirit of Chinese exhibitors.
The exhibition concluded successfully. Although we did not collect a large number of customer business cards, we gained substantial insights. Firstly, we engaged with customers interested in the titanium industry who are willing to use titanium - a high-performance material - in their future product designs. Secondly, we gained a general understanding of titanium application scenarios in Japan. As this was not a specialized metal exhibition, the number of targeted customers was limited. We also communicated with the organizers, who mentioned that the Korea Metal Week, held annually at the end of October in South Korea, delivers better results with exclusively professional metal customers.
We plan to apply for participation in next year's Korea Metal Week to more accurately connect with target customer groups. Meanwhile, this exhibition made us aware of the importance of pre-exhibition promotion and professional visitor invitations. We will strengthen cooperation with local industry associations and lay out promotional efforts in advance. Through this practice, the team accumulated valuable overseas exhibition experience and further clarified the positioning direction of products in the international market.
